Terms of Service

By using BoatCast (the website, mobile app, and related services), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BoatCast provides marine, lake, and weather information for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for how you use the information. Conditions on the water can change quickly; always use your own judgment and official sources when planning trips.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and not share access in a way that violates these terms or applicable law. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You may delete your account in the app; doing so removes your BoatCast data and cancels any open Stripe Pro subscription for that account (see Subscriptions).
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
BoatCast and its data providers are not liable for decisions, injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of (or inability to use) the service, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
