Tips for faster help
- Include the location (or approximate lat/lon) and time if you are reporting a forecast problem — or use Report this forecast on the day card.
- For account or billing issues, use the email on your BoatCast account when you write us.
- For urgent on-water safety, use official sources (NOAA/NWS, Coast Guard, local notices) — BoatCast is not an emergency service.
